Legend Story Studios is a game design, development, and publishing studio based in Auckland, New Zealand. Our mission is to bring people together in the flesh and blood through the common language of playing great games.

We believe that Trading Card Games (TCGs) are a powerful medium for human connection, transcending age, race, religion, gender, and even spoken language through the shared love of playing great games.

In a world increasingly dominated by technology and digital interactions, the need for local communities and real-world friendships remains timeless. We are deeply grateful to our network of Local Game Stores (LGS), who partner with us to host weekly events in over 2,000 locations worldwide. Supporting these stores is at the heart of our mission, ensuring they continue to thrive as community hubs where people can come together through their shared love of great games.

After seven years of development, Flesh and Blood launched in October 2019, and has since established itself as the premier TCG tournament circuit, with the Flesh and Blood World Tour visiting over 120 iconic destinations each year.

The global success of Flesh and Blood has earned Legend Story Studios numerous business accolades, including winning the 2022 Deloitte Fast 50 with a record-setting 6,416% growth rate, and receiving the 2023 Excellence in Brand Storytelling award at the New Zealand International Business Awards.
